New Delhi: Former Indian Medical Research Council (ICMR) chief Soumya Swaminathan has expressed disappointment over her recent experience with Air India, called it a “terrible experience”. In a post on X (East Twitter), she said that despite being a loyal customer with sufficient advantage, she was unable to upgrade her Nairobi in the flight of Delhi prescribed for yesterday.

Reacting to his complaint, Air India said: “Dear Maam, we accept your anxiety. Please share your booking details through DM with your Maharaja Club ID. We will check and help you.”
Swaminathan’s post adds to the increasing list of complaints with those constantly flying about the customer service and booking system of Air India.
