Russian External Affairs Minister Lavrov says ‘Divide and Conkar’: West is trying to put India in a pit against China

Russian External Affairs Minister Sergei Lavarov has claimed that a nail between West India and China is trying to run a nail. Lavarov said that the West has deliberately stressed between the two Asian neighbors, according to the state -run Tass news agency.“Pay attention to the current developments in the Asia-Pacific region, which the West has started calling the Indo-Pacific sector to give its policy an obvious-China orientation-hoping that India and China, besides India and China, said to run a wedge between our great friends and neighbors.“This is a policy that Russian President Vladimir Putin recently exposed again – ‘divided and conquer,” Lavrov said.Lavarov also warned that ASEAN’s role in western regional matters was demanding to destroy. He said, “Like other parts of the world, Western powers want to dominate here too. They are trying to weaken the central role of ASEAN – a structure that serves everyone well for several decades,” he said. ASEAN, he said, had long served as a place of political, defense and military cooperation between its members and external partners. The association of Southeast Asian countries is a regional block of 10 South East Asian countries Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. The group focuses on promoting economic and security cooperation in the region.Lavarov criticized the West for reducing the principle of ASEAN’s consensus and encouraging divisive regional groups. “The discovery of common land and consensus is being separated. Some ASEAN countries are being wooed in exclusive, conflict formats – various trocines and quartet,” he said.Lavarov also advocated an continent-wide security system in Eurasia. He said, “Eurasia is home to many civilizations, which have preserved their identity in the modern era. And yet, it is the only continent that lacks a integrated structure,” he said.
