After ten emotionally severe years, a CBI special court acquitted Soraj in 2023 due to lack of evidence.Now, in a rare and emotional interview with Naydeep Rakshit, Soraj’s mother, veteran actress Zarina Wahab has opened about the most dark chapter in her family’s life, which provides unheard insight into her son’s mind before, the nature of her relationship with Jia, and the tragic sequence of events.‘They broke a month before his death’Zarina revealed that Soraj and Zia were not together at the time of his passing. He explained that Soraj decided to participate after informing Jia that both his families were against the relationship.“I want to clarify one thing that many people think of Soraj,” Zarina Said. “When he was a friend, Salman was launching him. Then I told him that Salman is going to launch you, so stop it! Then he left and said to him, ‘My parents do not want to meet us, and your mother does not even want us to meet us. So let’s break.’ Then he said, ‘Can I ever come and meet you?’ So he told him, ‘You can come and meet me as a friend but not as a girlfriend.’ The incident took place a month before his breakup.Jia was allegedly heartbroken by the role of a lost filmWahab also touched an important detail about Jia’s mind before his death. The actress was reportedly rejected from a Telugu film, which later put Rakul Preet Singh in the lead role, which caused her deep disappointment.Zarina said, “She was going to South for a Telugu film at the same time in June.‘He tried to call Soraj, but he was in class’Zarina revealed the heart -wrenching expansion that Jia had tried to reach Soraj on the day of her death.“She was so depressed that she was trying to call Soraj. But some shooting her classes were going on. She could not call her, and when she later saw her phone, she read her, ‘I am free now, if you want to call me, call.” But by then, he had already passed away. ,
