Salim did not keep his pain and frustration back, as he continued, “As a Muslim, I am ashamed and my Hindu brothers and sisters are only brutally murdered for their identity. Kashmir will finally recover when this hatred ends?
He closed his message with a prayer, “God can give strength to those families who have lost their loved ones. I pray for peace in their hearts. Om Shanti.”
Before that day, he also posted a touching note, which read, “There are no words enough to cure pain, no justice that anyone is scary. We cry for those we cry for those we are lost. We hurt for the people left behind.”
