Superstar, who started her Bollywood with Deewana in 1992, was not the original option for the role. Producer Guddu Dhanoa recently revealed that the part was initially given to Armaan Kohli, but fate had other plans. Although Dhanoa watched the show, he did not immediately remember the actor. Nevertheless, after returning from Madras, he invited SRK to a restaurant in Delhi. That meeting changed everything.The producer shared that he made his mind at the moment when he had seen Khan personally, before the actor officially agreed to the project. “I had locked her in my mind.
