About the film
The film has been established in Rachkonda in the 1980s, ‘Rakrikam’ revolves around Bhai -Bahan Bhargavi and Vivek Reddy, who desire to gain political dominance. His journey with Shiva, a emotional young leader of the Mana Sathi Party, who follows his patron Kantathi, an RSF leader. When Bhargavi falls in love with Shiva, stress increases by starting a struggle with his father King Reddy. Later the story includes political rivalry and violent clashes because Bhargavi and Vivek want power.
Apsara Rani gave an exciting performance in the form of Bhargavi Reddy. His depiction of the central theme of the film has been present and Varun Sandesh shines in his role as Vivek Reddy.
Vijay Shankar played the role of Shiva, while Srikanth Iyangar impressed as Raja Reddy. Esshwar’s support performance as Kranthi and Comedian Hyper Aadi is also included in the film.
Talking about the technical aspects of the film, it enhances the theme of 1980. Arya Sai handles Krishna Cinematography and Vengi composed the background score. However, the film received mixed reviews for the script, which stumbled in the second half with repetitive scenes and a predicted climax.
