What will happen to Tuft Student Rumca Ojturk as Judge Rules to deport Mahmud Khalil of Columbia?

The petition of Rumca Ojturk, a student of Toft University, is to be heard in Vermont on Monday.

The decision of the Mahmud Khalil case was important as many international students were detained after Khalil and are now waiting for it to be deported. An immigration judge, Jamie E Commons, ruled on Friday that Khalil could be deported as his presence in the US as “potentially serious foreign policy results”. The judge said that the government established by clear and concrete evidence that it was removable.
His lawyers said that they would not be excluded immediately as they would appeal for the decision. Earlier, federal judges in New York and New Jersey ordered the government not to deport Khalil, while their case remained in court.
Turkey is demanding release from Turkish Rumcsa Ozturkal, a doctoral student who was detained by immigration officials near the house of her Massachusetts. He has filed an updated account as to how he was surrounded by ice officials who caught his phone.
The case of Rumusa is like Khalil, although Khalil is an American citizen, who is an American citizen, Dr. Noror is through marriage to Abdullah, who is going to become a mother next month.
The petition to release him was filed in the Boston Court and then shifted to the top wormont, which would be heard on Monday.
Ojturk was one of the four students who wrote an op-ed at the Campus newspaper, Tufts Daily, criticizing the university’s response last year, saying that the Tufts said “Palestinian accepts the genocide,” reveals his investment and divides it with companies with Israeli relations.

Good Redens: Trump Admin Mahmud reacts to Khalil order

DHS Secretary Christie Nom said that it would be a ‘good reduction’ after Khalil is deported. “Mahmud Khalil hates the United States and for whom we stand for – so his expulsion should come as Welcome News,” NoM posted.
“It is a privilege to provide a visa or green card to stay in the United States and study. When you advocate violence, glorifying terrorists and supporting terrorists who remember the killing of Americans, and harass the Jews, that the privilege should be canceled, and you should not be in this country.”

What did Mahmud Khalil say after the verdict

“I would like to cite everything I said last time that there is nothing for this court that is more important than the rights of the appropriate process and fundamental impartiality. Clearly what we have seen today, none of these principles were present today or in this whole process. The Trump administration has sent me to this court, which has been handed over to me.
