US President Donald Trump launched a scary attack on the US judiciary after stopping his administration’s plan to cancel legal security for more than half a million migrants of a federal judge.
In a long post on Truth Social, Trump accused the courts of being politically biased and obstructing his agenda.
Posting on the truth social, Trump wrote: “Can you believe it? A judge ruled against us 530,000 illegal migrants (that Joe Biden flew on the border in his program to make illegal transport in the country in his program) saying that he could not be seen as a group, but they hate them completely. They have a lot of hatred!”
He continued, “We are trying to bring our country back from the destruction caused by Democrats and Cruelty who biden.
Judge Trump mentioned the Indian-American District Judge Indira Talwani in Boston, who issued an emergency stay on Monday. His decision stopped the administration’s move to cancel human parole for Cubbons, Hotian, Nicaraguans and Venezuela. He argued that the migrants had legally entered the US under Biden’s program and were not subject to quick removal Trump’s team was trying to apply.
In his order, Talwani said that the Trump administration had taken action on a flawed interpretation of the immigration law, which was applied for non-citizens to enter the United States illegally, but not authorized to be in the country, such as through parole program
