Do you think airlines should provide better assistance to passengers with medical conditions?

Das wrote, “Dear Air India Please regain your wheelchair. I am a lifetime loyal.
On landing in Delhi, the situation allegedly deteriorated. Despite the help of a wheelchair pre-booking wheelchair for his wife, the couple was designed to land a staplador from the aircraft without help. The DAS claimed that several requests for the cabin crew and ground staff for assistance were either met or closed with silence.
“With two hours of delay, we get down in Delhi and we are told that it is a staplador. Again the wheelchair and encounter pre-book. I ask the air hostesses on the front of the aircraft to help my wife, I take four bags. I see each other to see each other. That “doesn’t show one,” Das said.
In a sarcastic conclusion for his post, Das said, “One of your wheelchairs is on the second floor of parking in Delhi. Claim it.”
Das expressed disappointment that his loyalty to the airline was not found with the expected level of care during a significant time.
Air India has not yet released an official response to the allegations.
