Another Chinese student in New York City told the journal that she was going through her social media posts to see if there is something that could cause her troubles. He said that his parents have already urged him to come home. He said, “I never thought that I am afraid of whatever I post here in America.”
Dartmouth PhD student Xiaotian Liu sued US government
Geotian Liu, a PhD student at Dartmouth College, filed a lawsuit after Homeland’s Security Secretary Christie Nom and Todd Leone, Acting Director of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, after being rejected of clarification without their visa.
