Trump’s birthday and US Army’s 250th Parade in DC: Full schedule, what is expected, where stand and what is banned

A grand military parade is set to take to Washington, DC streets on 14 June, in 1775 in memory of the 250th anniversary of the founder of the US Army. Calling it a “great festival” during a Memorial Day address, Trump hopes to expect that he described the army as “extraordinary service, important achievements and permanent heritage”.According to officials, organized by the US Army and the US 2550 Commission, the event is expected to attract around 200,000 attendees. There will be military pageantry, vehicle display, fireworks, an aircraft, an aircraft and increased security in the entire city during the day.
What will witnesses of the attendees do?

- Major sites along the route include Lincoln Memorial, Washington Memorial and the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Safety and restricted access
- The program is classified as a National Special Security Program (NSSE) by the Department of Homeland Security.
- In coordination with local and federal agencies, secret service has established three public entry points:
- White House Ellipse (Constitution Ave. Side)
- 14th Street NW, between the Constitution and the way of freedom
- 9th Street NW, between the Constitution and the way of freedom
- Prohibited objects include: large bags, drones, bicycles, folded chairs, balloons and weapons.
“Our number one goal is to ensure security and safety with the comprehensive security scheme of our conservationists and public,” said Matt McCool, a special agent of Secret Service.
Flight and transport disruption
- According to FAA estimates, Reagan National Airport (DCA) will stop arrival and departure from 6:30 am to 9 pm.
- Road closures and parking restrictions will be effective from the leading days for the incident through Monday, June 16.
- The Northwest entrance of Smithsonian metro station will be closed.
- According to the Potomac River Access Coast Guard, from the Hine Point to the bridge will be banned.
Will tank DC damage roads?
