Elon Musk carried forward his tariff war against Donald Trump Administration as he called Peter Navaro ‘Moran’ and ‘a sack of bricks’ dumber. Navaro recently called Elon Musk a car assembler a car assembler after the reaction to Musk’s mutual tariff.
But how did all this begin? Donald Trump, after announcing a mutual tariff, due to which Elon Musk lost billions, Musk questioned Navarro’s Harvard degree in a direct rejection of the tariff. Musk also said that he would like a zero-tariff situation between the US and the European Union. Navarro gave a measured response to Musk’s attack and said his comment on tariff was not surprising because he is a car assembler and depends on imports.
“When it comes to tariffs and business, we all understand in the White House – and the American people understand that Elon is a car manufacturer, but he is not a car manufacturer. He is a car assembler,” Navaro said that many Tesla parts came from Japan, China and Taiwan. “He is a car person. That’s what he does, and he wants cheap foreign parts.”
“The difference is in our thinking and the alone on it is that we want tires made in Akron. We want the broadcast in Indianapolis. We want the engine made in flint and sagino, and we want cars manufactured here,” said Navaro.
This was enough to affect musk. “According to any definition, Tesla is the most vertical integrated auto manufacturer in the US, with the highest percentage of American content. Navarro should ask fake experts, he said Ron Vara,” said Musk. Ron Vara is an Anagram of Navaro.
“Tesla has the most American -made cars. The Navarro is a dumber than a sack of bricks,” said Musk.
What about Elon Musk on the tariff?
Elon Musk hopes to see complete freedom of trade between the United States and Europe. “At the end of the day, I hope that both Europe and the United States should ideally, in my view, in a zero tariff position, should build a free trade area between Europe and North America,” said Musk.
