‘The work of misconduct was’: The French doctor claims that Gita Thunberg was abused by Israeli forces during the Gaza Assistance Mission

A French doctor who was riding on a humanitarian aid boat bound to Gaza, has accused Israeli officials of misbehaving with passengers, including Swedish climate activist Gita Thunberg, when the ship was stopped at the sea.One of the 12 people of Madeline, Dr. Baptist Andre said that passengers were mocked, deprived of sleep, and Israeli’s custody was limited to food and water. On arrival in France, told reporters, “I do not have legal ability to specify what happened, but there were misbehavior functions.”The Madeline, organized by the Palestinian freedom Flotila alliance, left from Italy on 1 June, to provide a humanitarian supply to Gaza amid a deteriorating blockade. It was intercepted by the Israeli naval forces, about 200 km from the Gaza coast.Four passengers, including Thunberg, signed the exile documents and sent them back home, while eight others are in Israeli custody, who were waiting for the court hearing.Thunberg, 22, accused Israel of forcibly detaining workers in international water. He said, “This is still another intentional violation of rights that has been added to Israel’s list of countless other violations,” he said when he arrived at Charles de Gaul Airport in Paris.The Israeli government dismissed the journey as a promotional stunt, labeled the vessel “selfie boat” and accused Gaza of breaking his naval blockade.Thunberg described the journey as a peaceful protest against the Israeli blockade, which he said that Gaza was spoiling the human crisis in Gaza.
