The US Supreme Court stops the restoration of 16,000 federal workers rejected under the Trump Administration

A separate legal challenge in Maryland inspired an additional prohibition to prevent dismissal among the same six agencies and about twelve others. However, the scope of this ruling is limited to 19 states and Columbia district which initiated legal proceedings.
