The man accused of raping a corpse on the New York Metro train is an illegal immigrant who repeatedly crosses the US border

A man accused of raping a corpse on a Manhattan metro train near the Whitehall Street Station, is a unspecified immigrant who allegedly crossed the US border at least five times before he was arrested for the disturbing act.
Felix Rosas, a 44-year-old, had crossed the US-Mexico border without “several occasions” at the 1990s, before being intercepted and voluntarily departed by the border petrol agents and voluntarily departed, an ICE spokesperson said, according to the New York Post.
Rosas later entered the country again till the arrest by NYPD on Sunday evening. The arrest 37 -year -old family man was in connection with the violation of George Gonzalez, who died in the R train about three weeks ago, the authorities confirmed.
A court, which proceeded this week, revealed what was allegedly done by Rozus after killing Gonzalaz on 8 April or died on a metro bench. According to the prosecutors, the surveillance footage suggests that Rosas first passed through the pocket of Gonzalaz to rob her, then returned to her body to sexually assaulted her.
He said that Rosas repeatedly took off his pants and adjusted the trousers of Gonzalaz whenever the train stopped, tried to avoid being caught in the Act. The prosecutors said the attack lasted for 30 minutes. Gonzalez’s death was likely to occur due to natural causes, many reports said.
The court records indicated that Rozas was present when an MTA employee discovered the body at around 12:25 pm. Emergency services instructed Rosas to get out of the train, while they examined Gonzalez, which was declared dead at the place.
Rosas faced allegations, including rape and grand larne, and is being held without bail. He did not enter a guilty petition and is scheduled to appear in court on 5 May.
The prosecutors revealed that they had presented a “passport from another country” when they surrendered to NYPD. A spokesman for the Ice said that the most recent illegal entry date of Rosas is unknown.
ICE officials in New York City filed immigration detainees against the release of Jeronimo with Manhattan Central Booking on Monday, and after their remand order with the reform department in Recuers Island on Wednesday, the spokesperson confirmed.
An ICE spokesperson referred to the accused as Felix Zeronimo-Rosas, confirming the border petrol encounters in 1998 (three times) and 1999 (once), Rosas voluntarily returned to Mexico after every example.
