The Ganpath actor accused Pooja Entertainment of non-payment of non-payment as he demands Rs 3 lakh and public apology: ‘Let’s hold big names accountable …’.

Actor Faraz Khan is recognized for his role in ‘Ganpati’, publicly accused Pooja Entertainment of withdrawing her payment for almost two years. Khan claims that despite completing his work, he has not received any payment. If it is not cleaned immediately, he warns of legal action and public performance.

Actor Faraz Khan, who is known for his role in Tiger Shroff’s 2023 Science-Fi action film Ganapath, has accused Vashu Bhanani’s worship entertainment of withdrawing his payment for almost two years. Despite completing his contractual work, Faraz claims that he has yet to receive his dues. He has now issued a strict warning: pay immediately or face legal action and public performance.Faraz stopped payment to Pooja EntertainmentHe wrote, “My name is Faraz Khan. I was hired by Pooja Entertainment to play the role of Thabel in The Hindi feature film Ganapath, directed by Vikas Bahl. My co-actor Armaan Khera and I shared almost every scene, such as on-screen twin.Faraz alleged that her frequent efforts to contact Pooja Entertainment were found with clear and misleading answers. He criticized the studio to ignore his obligations, stating, “All top-field casts and crews have been paid-with excessive fees. But when it comes to paying the so-called ‘small man’ like me, they choose to ignore and manipulate.Saying what he described as a systemic misconduct, Faraz announced, “Let the industry and the public see how Pooja Entertainment treats her actors – dishonest, disrespect, and deliberately delay. I refuse to silence.”Faraj warns of legal action and public performanceHe further warned that until the studio cleanses its arrears and issues a public apology, he will take legal action, connect with the media, and publicly highlight the conduct of the studio on the platforms. “Pay your people. Respect your contracts. Stop bothering independent artists,” they demanded.Faraz’s allegations added to the increasing investigation into Pooja Entertainment’s financial troubles. In 2024, reports revealed that Bhagnani-led production house faced a large scale debt after commercial failures of high-standing films such as Ganapath and Bed Myan Chhoti Mian. Several crew members have also complained of unpaid dues, in which internal sources have claimed that only prominent actors have received full payment.To manage rising liabilities, the Bhaganani family allegedly sold their grand Juhu office in June 2024 to help the total loans of Rs 250 crore in June 2024.
