Why Mohammad Sabari Soliman Terror was not accused
To charge someone with terror, the prosecutor must prove that the person is either connected, or inspired by the nominated foreign terrorist organizations. Without this, it is difficult for the Department of Justice to bring allegations of terrorism. Soliman was not a known criminal, and the initial investigation found no connection with any organization. After the end of its visa deadline in March this year, an Egypt is illegally living in the US, Soliman said that he had only threw two molotov cocktails as he was scared, as he had never hurt anyone before. He told the law enforcement that he was planning an attack for last year, but was waiting for his daughter to graduate. He wanted to kill all Zionists and knew about the Jewish group in Colorado who gathered every Sunday, demanding the release of Israelis imprisoned in Gaza. Although there was no fatal because the fire was immediately out, 12 people were injured. Soliman planned to die in the attack and mentioned the law enforcement officers several times that he wanted to be dead.
