Police said that at least 3 were killed and 12 injured in an accident when a car entered a group of most students outside a school near Taipei on Monday.The accident occurred at around 4:00 pm local time (0800 GMT) when a 78 -year -old man who was driving the car used to drive a red light, who collided with three motorbikes and a bicycle before striking nearby students and adults.All the injured were taken to the hospital along with the driver. Three were later killed, including two 12 -year -old girls and a 40 -year -old woman. Nine of the injured were students between 12 and 15 years of age from Sanxia Junior High School. The youngest victim was a six -year -old child from a nearby kindergarten.According to police, the driver fainted after the accident and conducted a negative test for alcohol.Police shared a video of the accident site that shows that people demonstrate chest contraction on the victims lying on the road, emergency respondents assisted the injured, and overturned the motorbike and a bicycle.
