Judge ‘not able’ to write a decision, Allahabad HC sends him for training

The petitioner presented the accused order that the Additional District Judge rejected arbitrarily Amendment application In order of three-line without going to the merit of the issue. The petitioner further stated that not a single line has been written as to why the amendment application was rejected.
The petitioner alleged that earlier the same judge had made a similar mistake.
After going through the implemented order, in its order on 22 April, the High Court said: “This court is considering that Additional District Judge, Kanpur Nagar Amit Verma, is not able to write a decision. Therefore, he should be sent for training for at least three months in Judicial Training and Research Institute, Lucknow.”
