Hisar: The recent arrest of a local YouTuber on espionage charges has ruled the national security concerns at this major military center which has been a target of Pakistan’s inter-service intelligence for more than 25 years.Haryana has a long history of espionage cases involved in the city, a military cantonment house, the prestigious Army Horse breeding form and a Border Security Force (BSF) campus, Pakistani citizens and suspected agents working on Indian soil. In April 2020, near Jindal Bridge, Hisar Police detained a youth on suspicion of being a Pakistani national.
