Shooting at Austria School; Many people feared; Doubt a ‘student’ who killed himself

A major police operation is going on in the Austrian city of Graz, as many people were killed and injured after a school shooting.According to the Austrian Public Broadcaster Orf, suspected shooter is considered a student, who died of suicide after shooting himself in the school toilet.The incident occurred at Northwest Graz’s Borg Draerschuitseng’s School, which is not away from the Central Train Station in the city. Police said they were alerted around 10 am (local time) and shortly after the shots were heard inside the school building.Special forces and emergency units responded rapidly at the scene, police spokesperson Sabari Yorgun confirmed.While the authorities have not yet officially confirmed the number of casualties, the state broadcast ORF said that five people were killed and several others, including both students and teachers.
