Shah Rukh Khan’s trick from Mannat left the vendors in the bandstand: ‘Public work is done’.

Once around the bandstand in Bandra, the roads with a hurry, Shah Rukh Khan’s prestigious Mannat Haveli, are now very quiet. The ongoing renewal work in the mansion has left the area devoid of general discussion, influencing both the region and local vendors.
Sellers struggling due to lack of crowd
These sellers, who usually thrive on the crowd attracted by the presence of SRK, are now facing a sharp decline in their sales.
Loss of fan frenzy
It is easy to explain the struggles of vendors: the presence of Shah Rukh Khan and his family outside the vow attracted a large crowd of fans and passers -by. Fans often purchased food and goods from local vendors while taking photos outside the mansion. With the absence of the actor, that fan fanciful has disappeared. Many vendors immediately voiced their concerns in a video shared by Bollywood.
Business Impact on local vendors
An ice cream seller mentioned that the business was greatly affected. Shah Rukh Khan is no longer living in Mannat and the public knows about his absence, fewer people are visiting the region.
Reduced legs and visitor change
Another seller shared that the change is noticeable. Earlier, people used to travel and stop for some time, but now that they know that Shah Rukh Khan is no longer there, less people are showing. Even those who travel leave the star after realizing, they are absent, often twisting their taxis or autos around.
The seller said that Mannat only feels special because of Shah Rukh Khan. Without him, the place loses its importance.
Shahrukh Khan’s new residence in Pali Hill
Shah Rukh Khan, along with his wife Gauri and children, along with Aryan, Suhana and Abram, have moved to a luxury apartment in Pali hill region of Bandra, occupying four floors. According to a HT report, Shah Rukh has leased these floors from filmmaker Vashu Bhanani. His company, red chilli entertainment entered a holiday and license agreement with the actor son, Jackie Bhagnani and his daughter, Deepasika Deshmukh, who is a property co-owner, Pooja Kasa.
Renewing in details of honor and lease
The renovation work in Mannat involves a long -awaited expansion of the bungalow, for which Shah Rukh Khan was to get the court approval. As the mannut is a grade III inheritance structure, any structural change requires proper permissions. The report also showed that four leased floors will accommodate not only the Khan family but also their security, employees and some office spaces. Although it is not like a vigor, there is enough space for their needs. Shah Rukh will allegedly pay Rs 24 lakh per month for four floors, and the renewal in Mannat may take up to two years to complete.
