American rapper Kid QD’s car mysteriously exploded in his driveway, as Shaun “Didi” Comombs threatened to blow it, his ex -girlfriend Kaisa Ventura testified in a New York court on Wednesday.The claim came during the ongoing sex-trafficking and raccizing trials of Comombs, where Ventura is a major government witness. He told the jury that the threat came in late 2011, Hip-hop Mogul came to know that he had started dating Kudi, whose real name is Scott Mascudi, reports the New York Post. Ventura said in her testimony, “When we were out of the country, they told that Scott’s car would be blown and he wanted his friends to see it.”Later, when he and Comombs met QD at Soho House in New York, he asked the rapper, “What about my vehicle?” Comombs quietly responded, “Is the vehicle?” No more said. The meeting ended there.Ventura and Combes were in an unstable relationship that lasted for 11 years. He first publicly alleged in a 2023 civil lawsuit that Comombs had threatened the car bomb, and Kud’s vehicle had exploded around the same time.In court, Ventura expanded how Comombs discovered his relationship with QD. She said that she went through her phone, which she had described as a “eccentric-off”, a word used for sexual events was allegedly held. He found emails between him and one of his assistants, Makar Clarke, who was about distributing his toilet at Kuda’s house.After searching, Ventura said that Combes “lusted” with a corkkru and later kicked him from behind as he got out of his house. The court was shown pictures of injuries that took naps on their back and legs, which was taken by his mother.She also described distracted scenes in her hotel room that night, claiming that she returned to find the stool -filled toilet, knocked by furniture, and urine on the floor.In December 2011, an email was written by Ventura to her mother and Clarke was also read in court. “Threatening that [Sean Combs] Made by me that he will release 2 sexually clear videos: on a Christmas day [and one other],” she wrote.Ventura admitted that when she first told her mother, she reduced abuse. “No, I told her that it was the first time,” she said that when she was asked whether she was open about violence.Comombs has requested not to be guilty for sex-trafficking and racketering charges. If convicted, he can face life imprisonment.
