Scene ‘Didi’ Comombs not guilty for allegations of new sex trafficking, prostitution

Music Mogul Scene “Didi” Comombs on Monday not convicted two new federal allegations of sexual trafficking and transport for engaging in prostitution, in a criminal racket for testing next month.

Judge Arun Subramanian, who is overseeing the case, said during Monday’s hearing, “We are a freight train that is moving towards the test.” However, the Attorney Mark Agnifilo of the Comombs indicated that defense may request a brief delay, cited the need to review new evidence, including new evidence including email presented by a major witness earlier. The judge gave defense till Wednesday, 16 April to register a written request.
The test is scheduled to begin with jury selection on 5 May, although the timeline may be shifted based on the court’s decision regarding the delay.
Comombs have been disorganized since September 2024, and their legal troubles have deepened deeply amidst the increasing wave of civil cases and public allegations. At the end of 2023, the matter attracted the national attention when the singer Casa Venchura accused him of misuse and rape of a decade.
Along with criminal allegations, Comombs has continued to face a civil suit, accusing the help of his staff and close colleagues of misconduct, force and misconduct.
