New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday took full control of the SIT investigation against the purpose of COFIA Qureshi against MP’s Minister Vijay Shah’s ‘Crass Comments’, who informed the media in the first two days of ‘Operation Sindoor’, and asked Jabalpur HC to close his Suu Motu proceedings as a result of turning HC against him.On the appeal against HC’s decision to direct the registration of the FIR, a bench headed by Justice Surya Kant on May 19 ordered an SIT to include three IPS officers to involve three IPS officers to examine their comments to put their comments to put a mask of apology after their comments.On Wednesday, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appeared for the MP government and informed the court that the SIT has been constituted duly and the investigation is going on. A bench of Justice Kant and Dipankar Dutta allowed the SIT to file their investigation status report in the second week.In its status report, the SIT said, “The video of the speech seized by the investigating officer of Manchpur Police Station, Forensic Science Laboratory, Bhopal was sent for forensic examination, but returned due to lack of technical infrastructure for the necessary examination.”“The phone seized from Lokesh Rathore, local news reporter has been sent to CFSL, Bhopal for forensic analysis. It also includes the original video recording of the event held on 12 May at Raikunda village of Minpur,” it has been said.
