He does about 10 different variations of chest exercise, such as Inclin, push-ups, fly and much more.”This means that he exercises one after the other, except going from one to another. “We start with an exercise, and he moves to the next place without a break. He completes his weight training whenever he gets time- before shooting, after shooting, or even during shooting. But, he will have to complete it. Without weight training and cardio, he will not sleep!”Power of ‘Ghar Khan’‘Endes Apna Apna Apna’ Diet is simple but effective. He prefers home-cooked food made by his mother, Salma Khan. “He only eats home food, cooked by his mother.
