More than 230 sick after outbreak of Norovirus on luxury cruise ship

The outbreak of a Norovirus has affected over 230 passengers and crew during the 29-day luxury cruise from England to East Caribbean, as reported by the US Health Agency Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
