Rajesh Khattar revealed that he had mixed mixed about playing the role of Shah Rukh Khan’s boss in Farhan Akhtar’s don: ‘All my clothes were white like Ajit’. Hindi film news

Actor Rajesh Khattar recently witnessed his experience of being cast in Don (2006) and shared that Bhumika left him with mixed feelings during shooting. Known for his appearance in films like Sorivasham and Khildi 786, Rajesh portrayed Singhania – a powerful person means Farhan was the owner of Shah Rukh Khan in Akhtar’s greasy action remake.
Speaking with YouTube channel Friday Talkies, Rajesh shared that he was initially approached for a different character. Naturally, he believed that if chosen, he would play the role for which he auditioned. He was then surprised – he was chosen to play Singhania, not a character was also present in the original version of Dawn. Rajesh said, “Don was a remake, but Singania was not part of the original film. All the other characters were there, so I did not know anything about Singhania,” Rajesh said.
He said that there was also uncertainty about Singhania’s inclusion in the script. “Then at a point, I think Javed Saab was also involved with Farhan, if I remember – there was some conversation that Singhania could not be part of the script,” he remembered.

I spoke to Farhan, he (Farhan) was thinking that, ‘If I am casting Shah Rukh Khan’s boss, I could not regularly play regular people. Farhan said that he was chosen.

His dissatisfaction also increased to the decisions of the cupboard, which also led to disagreement with costume designer Aki Narula. Despite his suspicion, Rajesh was eager about music and used to move to Shahrukh for an opinion on the standout song of the film.
