Raid 2 Movie Review and release Live Update: Ajay Devgan and Ritish Deshmukh starrer started Rs 10 crore at the box office.

Ajay Devgan’s much awaited sequel Raid 2 has already hit gold before its official release at the box office, which is about ₹ 10 crore through advance booking. With a runtime of 2 hours and 30 minutes and a U/A certificate, the film is expected to capitalize over the 1st May weekend, which makes the large crowd on multiplexes and single screens alike.

Directed by Rajkumar Gupta, RAID 2 looked at Devgn Return as ineffective IRS officer amay Patnaik, now facing a formidable new opponent – a corrupt politician depicted by Ritish Deshmukh. The film also stars Vani Kapoor in an important role.
Speaking about Casting Deshmukh, Gupta said, “I have liked the work of Ritish for some time. We know that he is a great actor in comic roles, as a hero in Marathi films, and even in the roles of the villain. He is a great artist. He worked on a series when he worked in my mind.

The directors were equally excited about working with both major stars. Gupta said, “Both of them are great actor. They like the script and immediately agreed to work on the film. Actually loved working with him-he gave a dhamankar performance. The audience would love his face,” Gupta said.

The RAID released in 2018 was inspired by a real-life income tax raid held in the 1980s and depicted Ileana D-Cruise and Saurabh Shukla with Devgan. The film was praised for her entertaining story and impressive performance.

RAID 2 now enters a competitive box office weekend, which collides with thunderbolts of Marvel Studio. Based on the 1997 Comic franchise, Thunderbolts continued the legacy of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which began in 2008 with the Iron Man and now spreads to more than 35 films.

RAID 2 is ready for a powerful opening, with strong advance sales, high audience expectations, and a star-stored artists. Now the big question: Will it dominate the weekend despite Marvel’s heavyweight appearance?
