The declaration was accidental, dramatic and unclear, now familiar to those who have followed their journey in the last decade.While dynastic politics in the country often comes with high expectations, Tej Pratap never seemed to settle in the role. His early appearance as the Minister of State Health in 2015 – is more notable for clumsy media interaction than policy achievements – many wondered if he was favorable for public life.
