Britain’s court to hear the appeal against Rajkumar Harry’s royal exit after the royal exhaust

Prince Harry will continue his legal battle in London this week as he challenges the British government’s decision to cut his personal security while visiting the United Kingdom.
The 40 -year -old royal, who escaped from the official royal duties in 2020 and shifted to the United States with wife Meghan Markal, says that downgrade in his security makes him and his family unprotected to visit their country.
“UK is my home. UK is central for my children’s legacy,” Harry said in a written statement read by his lawyers at the 2023 hearing. “This cannot happen if it is not possible to keep them safe. I cannot put my wife in such a way and, looking at my experiences in life, I am unnecessarily reluctant to put myself in the way of damage.”
After exiting the royal family, the UK internal ministry decided that Harry would no longer publicly get the same level as a publicly funded security. The decision was upheld by the High Court in February 2024, but Harry has now been given a hearing in the appeal court.
His legal team argues that the decision was “illegal and inappropriate”, saying that Harry was “out” and treated “less favorable” by the committee responsible for royal protection. The government, however, suggests that the approach for their safety is now evaluated on the basis of the case-case.
This legal case is not his only ongoing dispute. Harry is also facing criticism from Sentabel Charity, which he co-established in southern Africa. After going down as his patron, the charity chair accused her of bullying and misconduct. Harry denied claims and called them “clear lies”. The charity regulator of the UK is now investigating.
