Permanent ban on travel in future: American Embassy in India issues fresh warnings to visa holders

The US Embassy in India issued a strict warning against the overseasing in the US.

Amid the cracks of charity Trump on illegal immigrants, the US embassy in India has warned Indian citizens a strong advisory that they can face a permanent ban on travel to America in the future. “If you live beyond your authorized period of living in the United States, you can be deported and face a permanent ban on travel to the United States in the future,” the post read. This applies to Indians who are traveling to America on their various time-bound visas like work visa, student visa, tourist visa etc., who have their own authorized period of living.Immigration Donald Trump is the most controversial issue of the administration, in which the President in his first executive order clarified his intention on the first day in the office. He targeted the civilian section of the 14th amendment, which gave American citizenship to almost all born on American soil. While the Executive Order is now facing legal obstacles, the administration ID reflects illegal immigrants, arresting them, encouraging them to self-detection. All foreign countries living in the US for more than 30 days now need to register with the federal government – a new immigration rule change.Two exile cases associated with Indians have become very high profile in the last few months. Ranjani Srinivasan, a PhD student at Columbia University, fled to Canada after her visa was allegedly canceled to protest against a palstein protest, although she said she did not participate in protest. Ranjani was made an example by the Homeland Security Department as to how people should get themselves out of the US to avoid arrest.The University of Georgetown University Badar Khan Suri was arrested for his alleged link with Hamas – his wife Ahmed is the daughter of Yusaf, who is a former ally of Hamas leader Ismail Honeyh. He has been released by an order of the court stating that the Trump administration cannot prove whether the National Security Risk was introduced by Khan Suri.
