The next direction of famous filmmaker SS Rajamouli, starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj, is one of the most ambitious projects of Indian cinema. In an update recently, Rajamouli is planning to make the film the same part, which dismissed rumors about the two-part film.
According to Pinkvilla, sources close to the project show that Rajamouli has opted to tell the story rather than dividing the story into two parts in the same film. This decision stems from his belief that many filmmakers are unnecessarily using multi-part stories, often enhancing materials for business gains. A source revealed, “He aims to make a film grand in the same installment as SSMB 29.” Similar to his global hit RRR, Mahesh Babu Starrer will also have a runtime of about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Designed as a complex mixture of mythology, adventure and fiction, SSMB 29 is expected to be Rajamouli’s most widespread film to date. The team has already filmed major sequences, and a two -minute video characterized by the actual footage from the film is being prepared for an official announcement.
In addition, Rajamouli is discussing international studios and filmmakers to introduce films globally. The negotiations continue, and an official statement will be made at the appropriate time.
The film set against Kashi’s background is currently in production and is expected to be a hit in theaters after a comprehensive filming program in summer of 2027 that will continue until mid -2010.
