New Delhi: Gujarat Titans Head coach Ashish Nehra has offered a clear insight into his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes the importance of stability, simplicity and personal development against GT’s IPL 2025 conflict against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Nehra is in its fourth season with the franchise, now the 2022 debut IPL season, Mastermind behind Gujarat’s Fairytail title and runner-up in 2023, now with a franchise. Speaking on Jiohotstar’s Aava de, Nehra bare her coaching mentality, focusing around allowing players to flourish in a comfortable, pressure-free environment.

Nehra explained, “In a tournament like IPL, for the first time players need stability.” “My approach is simple – let them be. Nobody is doing them justice. Especially when they are new to setup, they need time to settle.”
