No relief for Sean Didi, Judge Arun Subramanian of Indian origin says that the trial will start from May 5, no delay

US District Judge Arun Subramanian has set an example to handle the cases against Shaun Didi, which never allows Pop Mogul accused of sexual abuse among many other allegations, which to get out of jail on bonds. On Friday, rules on the request to push the onset of their federal test against the request of Judge Comb for two months after the date of May 5.
According to court documents, the lawyers of Comombs made a original request in the resolution filed on 16 April in the US District Court for the southern district of the southern district.
Comombs was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking racket. He requested not to be guilty for the allegations. Prosecutors with the Manhattan American Attorney Office say Combs used its business empire to sexually abuse women between 2004 and 2024. Comombs lawyers say that the sexual activity described by the prosecutors was agreed.
In filing in a court on Wednesday, Combs’ counsel Mark Agnifilo asked Subramanian to delay the trial as he needed longer to prepare his defense in the new allegations brought on 4 April. Agifilo also said that defense requires more time to review the email that wants to turn on an alleged victim.

Judge Arun Subramanian and Didi case so far

In October 2024, Subramanian was assigned to preside over Comombs case after repetition of Judge Andrew L. Carter Junior, who indicated that he could retrieve the case due to scheduling conflicts. The revaluation provided a new opportunity to grant bail to the Legislative Team of Comombs, but it did not happen as Subramanian refused to bail the third and fourth bail of the Comb, which cited the “compelling evidence” and “a serious risk of witnessing witnessing” for the violence of the Comomb.
On October 10, 2024, Subramanian set the test date for May 5, 2025, set up a clear time for action. He later prepared a Pratty Schedule to open the statement on 28 April, 2025, Jury Questionnaire, Jury Questionnaire on 5 May, and on 12 May.
