Muhammad Yunus protests in London; Lawyers prepare to refer to him for ICC

London: Protests welcomed Bangladesh Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus outside their hotel on Tuesday morning. Hundreds of British Bangladeshi, who is a member of the UK branch of the Awami League and gathered outside the Dorchester in the concerned organization Mefare and called them to “go back”, their administration of human rights violations, lynching, murders, and law and order in Bangladesh accused them of deteriorating laws and orders. The protesters organized Placards, accusing them of “the architects of the mob regime, freeing jihadis and imprisoning patriots” and demanded their resignation.

A politician of a Awami league who fled to India, as false cases were registered against him and his house was burnt after Younus’s caretaker government came to a protest site. He told TOI: “We are protesting against the illegitimate, unconstitutional government of Bangladesh. We want independent, fair and inclusive elections including Awami League. We are not allowed to protest in Bangladesh … Millions of people with Awami League are interrupted and face many false cases.,While Yunus is for receiving the Hormony Award from King Charles in London, top lawyers, including Steven Pales KC, are engaged to create a communication in the international criminal court to refer to the Yunus government for crimes against humanity.
