American Airlines Missap: Two American Airlines aircraft graze each other at the Regan Airport; Many Congress representatives on board

In a eccentric accident, two aircraft caught each other on Termac at Ronald Regan Washington National Airport, recently seen the tragic mid-air accident in which 67 people were killed. At least six members of the Congress of New York and New Jersey were on the aircraft.
The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that it would “investigate” the 12:45 PM incident on the DCA taxiway, when the JFK-Bound American Airlines flight Charleston, which took MPs, collided with an AA Bombardier CRJ900 for SC.
A US Airlines spokesman said in a statement, “The American Eagle Flight 5490 operated by PSA Airlines, Republic Airways contacted a DCA taxiway with US Eagle Flight 4522 operated by Republic Airways. Security is our highest priority, and we apologize to our customers for their experience.” Both aircraft damaged their vingles and were excluded from service for inspection.
At least 143 people were on a ship in both aircraft.
Safolk County Rape Nick Lalota (R-NY) posted the X on Thursday, “Once serving in the Congress came with something in a lifetime of experiences … like another aircraft now hit our wing.” “Go back to the gate, but thankfully everyone is fine!” He said, “(and @repgracemeng is handing over the grapes!) He said, referring to Grace Meng (de-units).
Four other local Democrats-Rips. Adriano Espilat, Richie Torres and New York’s Gregory Mix, as well as rape. Josh Gotethimer (D-NJ)-were also on board.
“I have been flying for Washington for ten years. It has never happened to me,” Meng told reporters. “We suddenly felt some shaking. Employees and crew were very professional and kept everything organized, calm and safe,” he said. “Some travelers said they really saw the clip to the aircraft. And a small piece fell, as you can see in the back. They are fixing it now. And they are providing us a separate, new aircraft to return to New York.”
