Alexander Full Film Collection: ‘Alexander’ Box Office Collection Day 3 (Live): Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna’s film sees a big dip in the earnings after Eid holiday.
On March 30, 2025, Salman Khan made it in theaters with his much awaited release, Alexander. The film opened with lukewarm numbers and mixed reactions, starring Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna. While the film’s story could not do justice to the expectations of the audience, the film’s online leak in HD print impressed the collection a few hours before the premiere. Salman Khan’s fans took a big dip after the festival of Eid. With a decline of over 30 percent, on its third day, that is, on Tuesday, the film only Rs. 19.5 crore in India.

According to the Sacnilk report, Arugados The film won the box office Rs. 26 crores in all languages in India. Subsequently, on Monday, the film was expected to see a big boost. However, nothing like this happened, as the film saw only a slight increase of 11.54 percent and only Rs. 29 crores. And now, with a dip of 32.76 percent, the film on day 3 is almost Rs. 19.5 crore, in all languages, a total part of ‘Alexander’ was brought to India after three days of Rs 74.5 crore.

On day 3, ‘Alexander’ saw a comparison rate of 19.42 percent in Hindi compared to 24.60 percent footfall in Hindi. The morning show had the lowest occupancy rate – 6.87 percent but increased the speed with 18.91 percent in the afternoon show. In the evening, the show had the highest occupancy of 25.99 percent and was closely left behind with a rate of 25.89 percent in the night show.
‘Alexander’ failed to defeat ‘Chhawa’
With the release of ‘Alexander’, everyone thought that the Bollywood box office would get a new largest opener of 2025. However, Salman Khan could not perform better than the starrer Vicky Kaushal’s collection of ‘Chhawa’. Historical drama made on Maratha warrior and Raja Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Opened with 31 crore domestic and Rs. 54 crores worldwide.

With the rating of 2 out of 5 stars, the toi review of ‘Alexander’ wrote- “The story and story are the biggest latedowns of this big-life film; even though they are trying to attract fans of dye-hard Salman Khan, we want that he may have taken action rungs. Some standouts and stunts may be.”
As far as the demonstrations are concerned, “Salman Khan drives the film with his signature star power. He attempts to give an emotional, action-pack performance, but the dull story caught him back, while some over-the-top dialogues, such as” now the Nahi of justice, needs to be cleaned. “Rashmika Mandanna has some scenes and some songs, but the problem is not that overall, they have a strong screen appearance, but they have not much to display or elevate those scenes.
Indian Motion Picture Producers Association condemns online leaks
As above, ‘Alexander’ was made available on several websites in HD print a few hours before its release. Accepting the case that the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association shared a press release, stating, “This continuous illegal act has caused significant financial loss to the film’s producer and film industry, especially at a time when the entire film is struggling with many challenges to the fraternity -products, distributors and theater owners.”
“Alexander’s leakage serves as a clear reminder of immediate requirement to enhance strict enforcement of anti-pacification laws and to increase digital safety measures to protect intellectual property rights,” by the association in his east.
