A small town in the divisional region, near Miktila, hit the 5.5 interact earthquake on Sunday morning, the Central Myanmar killed, American geological survey (USGS).

There was no immediate report of significant damage or casualties from the latest earthquake. The residents of Wundwin told the Associated Press that the buildings started running away due to trembling, and some roofs were damaged. A resident of Naypyitaw said the earthquake was not felt there. All individuals spoke to the military government anonymously for fear of vengeance, which tightly controls the flow of information.
