Frequent arrests of Kashmiris – many who have already done sentences – no justice,” he said.Mirwaiz’s comments announced the Srinagar Police that 23 alleged terrorist colleagues were detained under the PSA. Those people have been transferred to jails in Poonch, Udampur and Kot Bhalwal. Critics, including rights groups, have long been made by law dry and misused.
