Dhaka: A Bangladesh court Tuesday released arrest warrant Former PM Sheikh Hasina, against his son Sazib expressed happinessAnd 16 other people for alleged irregularities in the allocation of government plots.
The arrest orders came after the court accepted the allegations in two of the six Corruption case filed by Anti-corruption commission (ACC).
The court has directed the police in several courts in Dhaka and other districts to report back on the execution of the warrant by 29 April.
The ACC has filed a total of six cases, alleging irregular allocation of six plots, in every 10 cotahs size, in the Parabachal New Town Project in the diplomatic region of Sector -27.
According to ACC documents, Hasina provided the facility of illegal allocation of plots to themselves and many family members in collusion with senior officials, including her Son Joy, daughter Saima Wazed Putul, Sister Sheikh Rehana, and Rehana’s children – Redwan Mujib Siddiq Bobby, Azamina Siddiq Bobby, Azamina Siddiq Bobby, Azamina Siddi Bobby, and UK Lawmaker Tyulip Sedic.
The accused is shown as “fugitives” in all cases.
In a separate development, the ACC filed a separate case against Tulip, alleging that it illegally receives a luxury flat in the Upskel Gulshan area of ​​Dhaka from a real estate developer. On 10 April and 13 April, the arrest warrant was bound by the same Purbachal plot allocation scam in four other cases. Hasina has now been made a common accused in all six cases filed by ACC.
