Israel’s assistance blockade Gaza ‘unacceptable’: Red Cross | world News

Geneva: Red Cross condemned the human cost of war in Gaza, causing Israel’s “unacceptable” full blockade to surround and slammed in aid in the struggle-demolished Palestinian region.Assistance agencies have repeatedly warned of a growing human destruction in Gaza, which they say that since the beginning of March, all assistance has been extended by an Israeli blockade.“It is unacceptable that human assistance is not allowed in the Gaza strip,” Pierre Krahbuhal told reporters in Geneva, Director General of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC).“It is only fundamentally against anything that provides international human law.”He said that Gaza’s position “on the banks of the razor” and “the next few days are absolutely decisive”, he said.He said, “There is a moment where we will leave anything in the context of medical supply and other assistance,” aid, he said.Israel has denied a humanitarian crisis that Gaza is coming out in the strip, where it is planning to expand military campaigns to free Hamas to free the hostages held there since the unprecedented October 2023 attack of the Iran -backed group.Israel is also aiming to close the current United Nations -led aid distribution system in Gaza, forcing all delivery to pass through the Israeli hub.“Right now, the most effective way of getting help to people is to take up the tasks or decisions done to prevent help from reaching the inside of Gaza.“There is a large amount of aid which are on the boundaries of Gaza who can go tomorrow,” he insisted.
