India’s 28-year-old doctoral student received two degrees from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology-Master’s degree in Doctorate and Chemical Engineering in Chemical and Biological Engineering. Since last month, Saxena has been in the exile list of the Homeland Security Department, although it did not participate in protest against any campus.Saxena came to the news as he sued the department and its chief Christie NoM.In 2021, Sajena was convicted for failing to move forward for the glowing yellow light. Citing the incident, DHS said that its student visa should be canceled, although its visa is not going to end by 2027. In Saxena’s graduate ceremony, in which he was honored with the title ‘Dr.’, he was called the ultimate revision as Kristo Nom also received an honorary degree from Dakota, but Dr. Unlike Saxena, there were no cheers for him. Instead, he faced protests when he accepted a degree on stage in South Dakota.

Saxena and his lawyer Jim Leach sued Christie Nom and won a temporary prevention order until Saxena graduated. His lawyer argued in the court that he did not commit a deported crime. He also said that Priya declared the rape charge before applying for her next visa. His next hearing is tomorrow. Christie Nom was awarded an honorary doctorate in public service by Dakota State University which is NoM ‘Alma Mater. Noam studied political science in this university. A vote was held to decide whether NOEM should be given an honorary doctorate. Students Senate and General Faculty voted claiming that it would be a highly political action that would oppose international students as the DHS of NOEM is breaking on international students. But the university spokesman said that the decision was taken in favor as NOEM is still the governor of South Dakota and has supported the university.
