As he left for Thailand to attend the 6th Bimstec summit, PM Narendra Modi emphasized India’s Northeast lies at the center of the inter-regional group, underlining the primacy of the northeastern states in the region, Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunas said that “7 sisters” are not.
