The New York Post reported that Mark Green Tennessy, president of the House Homeland Security, is pressurizing them to hand over the video and is handing over reports related to Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a 2022 traffic stop.Garcia is a Salvadoran national that Al Salvador was misunderstood in March under the Trump administration. Green’s request follows the growing questions on the federal handling of the case of Abrego Garcia, which has become a flashpoint in debate on immigration and fixed process.Police bodycam footage quoted by Fox News shows Ebrego Garcia being drawn by the Tennessi highway petrol while carrying eight other persons in a van. A soldier is heard suggesting that Abrego Garcia “was stopping these people for money,” was increasing the suspicion of human trafficking. However, the 29 -year -old was allowed to go with a citation for driving with a one -time ended license.A source quoted by Fox said that some parts redested of the footage included traupers, which was discussed whether the immigration officers had to call. Although a call was made, federal agents allegedly did not respond to the scene.Abrego Garcia told the officials that he was driving in Temple Hills, Maryland for construction work. It was later convicted for migrant smuggling in 2020, the owner of the vehicle, Jose Ramon Hernandez-race and Garcia was appointed several times for transporting the remained migrants. Hernandez-race, currently in federal custody, told ABC News that he launched a smuggling “taxi service” and had often hired Ebrego Garcia since 2015.Despite no allegations from the stop, the Trump administration used the incident to portray Abrego Garcia as an MS -13 member. However, his lawyers, including Simon Sandowal-Moshebberg, deny any gang affiliation and highlight allegations or lack of criminal records. Sandowal-Sowanberg was told by CNN, “There is no evidence of a crime in this footage.In 2019, an American Immigration Judge ruled that Garcia should not be deported to Al Salvador, which cited a gang threat to his life. However, he was accidentally expelled in March and was initially held in Sekot Megaprin. The Supreme Court has upheld the order of the lower court for its return. Nevertheless, Trump has refused to bring him back, citing a link to the alleged gang.Green’s letter also demands the name of the FBI officials who refused to take Garcia into custody, stating that the case reflects “careless, open-limit policies” under the Biden-Hyris administration.
