The Donald Trump administration received a major blow from the court as it has stopped the exile of immigrants under the Foreign Enemies Act which was recently invited by the administration. An emergency appeal was filed in the High Court on Friday in the High Court, claiming that some people in Venezuela were at risk of being removed from the country without any process.

The Alien Enemy Act, 1798 is a war -time law that authorizes the government to remove foreign enemies. It is applied during a declared war or an invasion or a hunter infiltration. This will not be the first time the administration bypasses the ruling and reports them.
