New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain the Assam government challenging a petition challenging the push-back policy of the Assam to deal with the alleged infiltration with Bangladesh.This petition was filed by all BTC Minority Students Union, alleging that the Assam government had started knowing and undisputed campaign about foreigners, which to detain and deport suspects about foreigners, even without the completion of tribunal announcements, nationality verification, or legal measures of foreigners.The bench refused to intervene and directed the petitioner to contact the Gauhati High Court for proper relief.
