G7 Summit: ‘Except for Russia’s big mistake, Trump slam Barack Obama, Justin Trudeau

US President Donald Trump on Monday slammed the Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau administration to exclude Russia from the G8 member nations which then became the G7. Calling it a “serious mistake”, he said that if he had been a President, there would not have been a Russia-Ukraine war. “G7 G8 used to be. About nine years ago, Russia was excluded, I am confident that there was a serious mistake. Then, leaders like Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau did not want to include Russia, but Russia was built on the table, maybe we were not facing war today. If I was the President 4 years ago, we would not have a war,” he said.The G7 was temporarily formed when Russia was included as a member, but the country was expelled after its initial avatar in its annexation and Ukraine in 2014-Developing Vikas prepared the basis for its full scale invasion in 2022.Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin made a phone call on Saturday and both agreed that the growing struggle between Iran and Israel should end.Trump wrote on the truth social, “President Putin greeted me a happy birthday this morning, but more importantly, talk about Iran, a country that he knows very well.” He said, “He feels, as I do, this war should end in Israel-Iran, which I explained, his war should also end,” he said. Calls also touched briefly in Russia’s war and ongoing prisoners exchanges in Ukraine. Trump said that when the Ukraine call was not the main focus, he discussed the upcoming exchanges and Putin’s interest in re -starting the peace talks after 22 June.
