New Delhi: Former World Cup winning Indian bowler Madan Lal has expressed praise for 14 -year -old SplendorIs outstanding IPL performanceAdvising that natural capacity alone is inadequate for continuous success. Lal insisted that the young talent of Samastipur in Bihar should be disciplined and focus on moving forward.
“She is very talented. But talent does not guarantee success alone. She needs to focus, discipline and work hard. If her process is correct, I believe she can achieve amazing heights,” LAL told PTI.

Suryavanshi has received widespread praise after scoring 35 balls against the league leaders Gujarat Titans.
“I have never seen such a child. When I was the captain of the Delhi team, Sachin (Tendulkar) played against us at a very young age and scored around 80 runs in the Ranji Trophy semi -finals.

“Then Virat Kohli came, who is still playing. And now, everyone is talking about Suryavanshi. He has all the construction of a superstar,” he said.
Lal accepted Suryavanshi’s batting as a congenital ability.
“… But it is up to you how you work on it. Your honesty, discipline, upbringing – it means a lot. Family support is also important. When your parents are disciplined and helpful, you get added inspiration,” he explained.
Lal suggested that Suryavanshi should participate on a large scale Domestic cricket,
