Five injured in shooting in Connecticut Mall

Police said five people were shot and injured at the Brass Mill Center Mall in Waterbury, Connecticut on Tuesday evening.According to Waterbury Police Head Fernando Spagnollo, the authorities responded to the report of a disturbance at the shopping center around 4.40 pm. All five victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment. While the limit of their injuries has not been revealed, the police said that the situation seems to be steep from the dispute.“It was not a random work of violence,” the main spaggnolo said during a press briefing outside the mall. He confirmed that the suspected shooter, which was equipped with a semicircular pistol, is believed to be known to the victims. A dispute allegedly increased, causing shooting.By Tuesday night, there was no arrest. However, Spagnollo assured the public that there was no danger. “We believe this incident was separated and there is no more threat to the community,” he said.
